Trung bình mỗi chuyền may tăng năng suất từ 25 đến 35 % vượt mục tiêu đề ra, đặc biệt có một số chuyền may năng suất lao động tăng từ 35 đến 40 %. Chất lượng của sản phẩm cải thiện rõ rệt, tỷ lệ hàng lỗi đã giảm từ 30% xuống còn khoảng 15%.
Thời gian thực hiện thao tác ở công đoạn kiểm hóa cho mỗi lỗi được phát hiện giảm còn trong khoảng 2 giây (So với trung bình 10s như trước khi cải tiến).
