9.1. Khi có những nội dung mới cần ĐƯỢC bổ sun; hai bên cùng bàn bạc thống nhất và nội dung thống nhất sẽ được thể hiện bằng một phụ lục hợp đồng. Phụ lục này, sẽ được coi như một bộ phận không tách rời của hợp đồng chính mà hai bên có trách nhiệm cùng thực hiện.
