có nghĩa là tôi phải chấp nhận điểm kém đó và lên kế hoạch hành động để đạt đươc hiệu quả hơn. Một điểm kém chỉ đơn giản nói với tôi rằng phần kiến thức nào đó mà tôi đã học vẫn chưa hiệu quả. Nghĩa là tôi cần học phần đó tốt hơn hoặc học theo cách khác đi để lần sau đạt điểm cao hơn.
