2. Sử dụng dịch vụ qua Website/Wapsite/Ứng dụng:
a. Đăng ký/ Đăng nhập trên website/wapsite/Ứng dụng
- Truy cập website/wapsite dịch vụ dịch vụ tại địa chỉ http://BibiBook.vn hoặc mở Ứng dụng BibiBook trên smartphone Hệ điều hành Android hoặc iOS
- Trường hợp truy cập wapsite hoặc ứng dụng trên smartphone qua kết nối WiFi và truy nhập website dịch vụ trên máy tính:
 Hệ thống sẽ yêu cầu khách hàng Đăng nhập bằng tài khoản dịch vụ hoặc tài khoản MobiFone Portal để sử dụng dịch vụ.
 Trường hợp các thuê bao chưa đăng ký tài khoản dịch vụ (hoặc không sử dụng tài khoản MobiFone Portal), nhấn vào biểu tượng Đăng ký ở góc trên bên trái của website, chọn Gói cước (Không đăng ký gói TB, Thuê bao ngày, Thuê bao tuần, Thuê bao tháng) nhập số điện thoại và mã CAPTCHA.
 Nhập mã kích hoạt mà hệ thống gửi qua tin nhắn về máy khách hàng lên màn hình Pop Up và bấm Đăng ký để hoàn tất.
 Hệ thống gửi tin nhắn thông báo Đăng ký thành công về máy điện thoại của khách hàng.
- Trường hợp truy nhập wapsite hoặc ứng dụng trên smartphone qua kết nối 3G/GPRS của MobiFone hệ thống sẽ nhận diện số thuê bao và tự động Đăng nhập dịch vụ.
 Để Đăng ký gói thuê bao, bấm vào biểu tượng Tài khoản/số điện thoại của người dùng, màn hình quản lý gói cước hiện ra, thuê bao chỉ việc chọn gói cước (ngày/tuần/tháng) và bấm Đăng ký để hoàn tất.
 Hệ thống gửi tin nhắn thông báo Đăng ký thành công về máy điện thoại của khách hàng.
 Trường hợp gặp lỗi không nhận diện được số thuê bao và tự động đăng nhập trên một số dòng máy không tương thích, khách hàng phải thực hiện Đăng ký/Đăng nhập như trường hợp sử dụng qua kết nối WiFi.
