20.1. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng những điều đã quy định trong hợp đồng này
20.2. Hợp đồng này bao gồm 6 trang, được lập thành 04 bản bằng tiếng Việt. CĐT sẽ giữ 02 bản, Nhà thầu sẽ giữ 02 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.
20.3. Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký kết.
