Recommendation
Mặc dù khoảng thời gian thực tập tại AMA của tôi khá là ít, tôi không thể làm được nhiều thứ nhưng tôi cũng có một vài góp ý để nâng cao hiệu quả giảng dạy tại phòng ALKT và AL Exam
Đối với phòng ALKT và phòng AL exam, tôi nghĩ nên trang bị thêm một vài cơ sở vật chất như máy tính hoặc máy caset để các học viên có thể dễ dàng nâng cao kỹ năng nghe của mình. Nếu có thể, tôi nghĩ cần mời thêm người nước ngoài về để nói chuyện với các em nhiều hơn nâng cao kỹ năng nói.
Conclu
Trước khi đi thực tập, tôi thực sự cảm thấy rất hoang mang và hoảng sợ về những việc mà tôi sắp phải làm trong kì thực tập. Tôi nghĩ chắc là mình chẳng làm được việc gì đàng hoàng.
Nhưng đến những tuần đầu tiên của khóa thực tập, tôi cảm thấy công việc của mình thật ra cũng chẳng có gì đáng sợ lắm. Công việc ở những tuần đầu rất nhẹ nhàng mặc dù là chưa quen lắm nhưng tôi vẫn cố gắng hoàn thành thật tốt.
Qua đến những tuần tiếp theo, tự tay mình soạn bài tập và viết sổ liên lạc cho các học viên, tôi dần dần đã trở nên yêu con nít nhiều hơn và yêu thích công việc giảng dạy hơn.
