Ban Tổng Giám đốc Công ty xin được công bố sự kiện phát sinh quan trọng kể từ ngày kết thúc năm tài chính đến ngày lập báo cáo này như sau:
Ban Tổng Giám đốc Công ty cũng cho rằng, ngoài sự kiện nêu trên, không còn sự kiện nào có thể làm cho các số liệu và thông tin đã được trình bày trong Báo cáo tài chính đã đươc kiểm toán của Công ty bị phản ánh sai lệch.

- Công ty đã miễn nhiệm chức vụ chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên của bà Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo đồng thời bổ nhiệm ông Nguyễn Cảnh Sơn là Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên của công ty từ ngày 09/11/2015.
- Công ty đã bổ nhiệm ông Phạm Minh Hà là thành viên của Hội đồng thành viên công ty từ ngày 09/11/2015.
- Công ty đã miễn nhiệm chức vụ Tổng Giám đốc của ông Đỗ Văn Chính đồng thời bổ nhiệm ông Triệu Tiến Dũng là Tổng Giám đốc và ông Đỗ Văn Chính là Phó Tổng giám đốc từ ngày 01/11/2015.
