• Trừ các thoả thuận đã được thực hiện trước với khách sạn, khách sạn yêu cầu thanh toán đầy đủ ít nhất 10 ngày trước ngày khách đến;
• Nếu không có thoả thuận đã được thực hiện trước với khách sạn, khách sạn không có nghĩa vụ phải chấp nhận chứng từ cho đến khi các thủ tục giấy tờ cần thiết đuợc thực hiện.
