I agree that you need more skill than to employment because employers usually give many different choices and you get to recruit or not thanks to their decision. This makes me remember back about 3 years ago, I read an article about how interesting selection of an employer. A girl has a pretty full skill but she could've been failing. And then, employers have discovered a more interesting, and for her past beyond national qualifying round. She was chosen because of a rare blood group, Rh-. General Director of the company that also has the same rare blood type so they recruited her to later ask her to donate blood. I don't know the girl should be happy or sad. Anyway, I just wanted to share a short information form and through which commented on the employers are not the same and they are not looking for the same employees
