Tôi đồng ý rằng bạn cần có nhiều kỹ năng hơn để xin việc vì các nhà tuyển dụng thường đưa ra nhiều lựa chọn khác nhau và bạn có được tuyển hay không là nhờ vào quyết định của họ. Điều này làm tôi nhớ lại khoảng 3 năm trước đây, tôi có đọc một bài báo về cách tuyển chọn thú vị của một nhà tuyển dụng. Một cô gái có khá đầy đủ kỹ năng nhưng cô ta xém bị đánh rớt. Và rồi sau đó, nhà tuyển dụng đã phát hiện ra một chi tiết thú vị và thế là cho cô ta vuợt qua vòng sơ tuyển. Cô ta được chọn bởi vì có nhóm máu hiếm Rh-.
