1. Mục đích
Nhằm quy định những bước thực hiện cho quy trình quản lý rủi ro.
Xác định những rủi ro đi kèm với sản phẩm thiết bị y tế thông qua việc đánh giá, phân tích rủi ro trong quá trình sản xuất.

2. Phạm vi
Thực hiện quản lý rủi ro cho thiết bị y tế từ khâu sản xuất, tiệt trùng cho đến khi xuất hàng.

3. Đối tượng thực hiện
- Phụ trách các phòng ban có trách nhiệm thực hiện đầy đủ quy trình này tại đơn vị mình.
- Phụ trách ĐBCL có trách nhiệm đảm bảo việc thực hiện đúng quy trình thao tác chuẩn và kiểm soát chặt chẽ bất kỳ sự thay đổi nào so với quy trình.
