Nếu người lao động đơn phương chấm

Nếu người lao động đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn với bất cứ lý do nào mà không phải do lỗi của người sử dụng lao động hoặc vi phạm 1 trong những điều khoản quy định trong hợp đồng với người sử dụng lao động thì bản thân người lao động cũng như đại diện gia đình ký cam kết bảo lãnh phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho bên cung cấp và chủ sử dụng lao động. Mức bồi thường sẽ được tính toán đưa ra dựa trên sự thiệt hại đó đồng thời người lao động phải tự chịu mọi chi phí về nước.
Nếu người lao động bỏ trốn (làm việc cho người khác, chạy sang nước thứ 3...), vi phạm pháp luật của nước sở tại hoặc người lao động bị chủ sử dụng lao động từ chối hợp pháp cho lỗi của người lao động, NAMICO có quyền từ bỏ trách nhiệm quản lý người lao động kể từ ngày người lao động bỏ trốn. Người lao động hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật Việt Nam và nước sở tại về các hành vi vi phạm của mình.
Trong thời hạn 180 ngày kể từ ngày chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động, người lao động phải đến doanh nghiệp để thực hiện thanh lý hợp đồng này. Nếu người lao động không đến thanh lý hợp đồng thì doanh nghiệp sẽ đơn phương thanh lý hợp đồng theo quy định của pháp luật.

The amount of compensation will be calculated based on the offer such damage while workers have to bear all the costs of water.
If workers absconded (working for others, the water runs into the 3rd ... ), in violation of local laws or workers who have suffered all employers refuse legitimate workers' errors, NAMICO have the right to abandon the responsibility to manage the employee from the date employees quit round. Laborers are solely responsible for the laws of Vietnam and the host country of their violations.
The period of 180 days after termination of labor contracts, workers must go for real business this contract is liquidated. If workers are not to liquidate the contract, the enterprise shall liquidate the contract unilaterally in accordance with law.
