Theo ý kiến của tôi, hiện nay ,số lượng rạp chiếu phim không đáp ứng hết nhu cầu của người dân, còn thiếu và yếu kém cả về số lượng và chất lượng. Do đó, nhà nước nên xây dựng thêm rạp chiếu phim ở các vùng lân cận, nhằm phục vụ nhu cầu thưởng thức điện ảnh, góp phần làm phong phú đời sống tinh thần của người dân và mang lại nhiều tiện ích. Đồng thời, các rạp chiếu phim cũng phải trang bị kỹ thuật phù hợp, đạt tiêu chuẩn. Điều đó làm cho mọi người được tiếp cận với sự phát triển của thời đại . Ví dụ, lúc trước khi chưa có rạp chiếu phim ở vùng lân cận ,vì một số bất tiện nên mọi người chỉ có thể giải trí bằng cách đi uống café, đi công viên… bây giờ, họ có thể tiếp cận một loại hình giải trí hiện đại hơn đó là đi đến rạp chiếu phim, họ sẽ không bị lạc hậu. Bên cạnh đó, nhà nước nên có biện pháp hạn chế những bất lợi và phát triển nhưng thuận lợi khi xây dựng rạp chiếu phim ở vùng lân cận . Từ đó nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống và thúc đẩy sự phát triển của xã hội.
