 Lương hiệu suất năm: được chi trả

 Lương hiệu suất năm: được chi trả cho người lao động dựa trên vị trí chức danh công việc, kết quả đánh giá hiệu suất công việc trong năm của người lao động và quỹ tiền lương còn lại của người lao động. Lương hiệu suất năm được chi cho toàn bộ người lao động được chia làm hai phần: một phần chi trả cho toàn bộ người lao động tại VSD theo tháng lương cơ bản( hoặc lương thực tế) cho Tổng Giám đốc quyết định, phần còn lại chi trả tùy theo kết quả đánh giá hiệu suất năm của người lao động như sau:
