Nếu không giải quyết được bằng thỏa

Nếu không giải quyết được bằng thỏa thuận, mọi tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra tòa án (tại TP.HCM) xét xử theo các qui định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
Quyết định cuối cùng của tòa án là quyết định mà các bên có trách nhiệm thi hành.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If not resolved by agreement, any dispute will be brought to court (in HO CHI MINH CITY. HCM) judging by the regulations of the law of Vietnam. The final decision of the Court is to decide that the party has responsibility.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If not settled by agreement, all disputes will be taken to court (HCMC) trial according to the rules of the law of Vietnam.
The final decision of the court is to decide which parties responsible for enforcing.
