1. Yêu cầu đối với nhân viên bảo vệ:
a. Có hợp đồng lao động hợp pháp với Bên B
b. Có năng lực hành vi dân sự đầy đủ, có sức khỏe, có đạo đức tốt, lý lịch rõ ràng, có trình độ học vấn từ phổ thông trung học hoặc bổ túc trung học trở lên
c. Các yêu cầu khác: Tuổi từ 20 đến 50, là nam giới, không khuyết tật
d. Nghiêm cấm Bên B và nhân viên Bên B có các hành vi sau:
- Bỏ vị trí gác, trực trong khi làm nhiệm vụ
- Gây phiền hà, trở ngại đối với nhân viên và khách hàng Bên A
- Có lời nói, hành vi không chuẩn mực, thiếu văn hóa
- Ngủ trong giờ làm việc, hút thuốc và sử dụng chất kích thích
- Đánh bài trong giờ làm việc
- Uống rượu, bia và các đồi uống có cồn trong giờ làm việc
2. Trang thiết bị:
Trang thiết bị do Bên A cung cấp:
- Bàn làm việc
- Hệ thống chiếu sáng
- Nước uống
Trang thiết bị do Bên B cung cấp:
- Điện thoại liên lạc nội bộ
- Đồng phục của Bên B
- Công cụ hỗ trợ theo quy định của pháp luật
