- Tham gia lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng

- Tham gia lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng và đào tạo theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng.
- tổ chức xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn tuyển dụng, các bài kiểm tra trình độ và năng lực ứng viên.
- Tìm kiếm các nguồn cung cấp nhân sự cho Công ty
- Tìm kiếm nhân sự và phỏng vấn sơ tuyển

- Thực hiện công tác theo dõi đánh giá các nhân viên ở công ty đúng quy định
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự, lập hợp đồng thử việc/chính thức
