Vì vậy việc tiến hành các hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh, mở rộng quy mô sản xuất, doanh nghiệp cũng cần lượng vốn không hề nhỏ, việc điều chỉnh hợp lí hệ số nợ để phù hợp với tình hình tài chính của công ty là rất cần thiết.
