Các mẫu lớp phủ tạo trên kính, được tách đem chụp phổ phản xạ UV. Các mẫu trước khi chụp phổ phản xạ được lưu giữ tại điều kiện tiêu chuẩn (232) oC, RH (505) % trong 7 ngày. Phổ phản xạ UV–Vis–NIR được thực hiện trên thiết bị UV-2600 của hãng Shimadzu (Nhật Bản) theo tiêu chuẩn ASTM E903-96 trong khoảng bước sóng 200-1400 nm, với tốc độ quét 120 nm/phút tại Viện Vật lý, Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học và Công nghệ Việt Nam.
