Ngay sau khi Hợp đồng có hiệu lực, Bên B phải cập nhật và nộp cho Bên A một lịch trình hay kế hoạch tiến độ cụ thể, chi tiết và toàn diện cho việc thực hiện công việc để đáp ứng tiến độ của hợp đồng đã ký kết. Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, Bên B phải liên tục cập nhật và điều chỉnh kế hoạch này để đảm bảo tiến độ cuối cùng. Trong trường hợp bị chậm tiến độ, Bên B phải thực hiện ngay các biện pháp, quy trình, thủ tục cần thiết để quản lý giám sát và đẩy nhanh tiến độ để đạt được tiến độ hợp đồng.
