Hai BÊN cam kết thực hiện đúng các điều khoản ghi trong HỢP ĐỒNG. Trong quá trình thực hiện HỢP ĐỒNG, nếu có phát sinh tranh chấp hoặc bất đồng thì hai BÊN cùng nhau bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần tôn trọng các thỏa thuận hợp đồng và các cam kết trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, bảo đảm bình đằng và hợp tác. Trong truờng hợp hai BÊN không tự giải quyết được thì thì tranh chấp, bất đồng đó được giải quyết thông qua hòa giải, trọng tài thương mại hoặc tòa án theo quy định của pháp luật.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The two sides are committed to comply with the terms stated in the CONTRACT. In the course of performing the CONTRACT, if there arise a dispute or disagreement, the two parties jointly discuss settled on the spirit of respecting the contractual agreements and the commitments in the course of performing the contract, ensuring equal and cooperative. In the case of the school the two sides do not resolve the dispute, then that disagreement was resolved through mediation, arbitration or a court under the provisions of the law.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

The two parties undertake to comply with the terms specified in the contract. During implementation CONTRACT, if any dispute arises or disagreement, the two parties together to discuss solutions in a spirit of respect for contractual agreements and commitments during contract performance, guaranteed equality and cooperation. In case the two parties can not resolve the dispute then, disagreements are resolved through mediation, arbitration or court trade under the provisions of law.
