o Doanh nghiệp dự án được phân cấp quyền và nghĩa vụ
theo các cách thức sau:
(i) Doanh nghiệp dự án cũng là một bên trong hợp
đồng dự án;
(ii) Doanh nghiệp dự án và nhà đầu tư và cơ quan nhà
nước có thẩm quyền ký kết văn bản (phụ lục của
hợp đồng dự án) cho phép doanh nghiệp dự án tiếp
nhận và thực hiện quyền, nghĩa vụ của nhà đầu tư
quy định tại Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư.
