, bên A phải hoàn thành bản kiểm kê trong đó ghi rõ thiết bị thiếu, cần sửa chữa, thay thế, hoạt động kém ngoại trừ các hao mòn tự nhiên (Sau đây gọi là bản kiểm kê cuối cùng). Bên B phải thanh toán các chi phí sửa chữa trong vòng 10 (mười) ngày kể từ ngày bên A làm xong bản kiểm kê cuối cùng hoặc bên A sẽ trừ vào tiền đặt cọc của bên B.
