Nếu Bên B thanh toán không đúng hạn

Nếu Bên B thanh toán không đúng hạn như quy định tại Khoản 4.1 Điều 4 của Hợp đồng này thì sẽ phải chịu mức phạt 1% phần giá trị Hợp đồng đến hạn chưa thanh toán cho mỗi tuần chậm, tổng số tiền phạt không vượt quá 5% tổng giá trị Hợp đồng
