Báo cáo tai nạn
1. Mọi nhân viên phải có trách nhiệm báo cáo với nhân viên giám sát, nhân viên quản lý hoặc tập huấn viên về tình hình tai nạn.
Bất kỳ tai nạn cá nhân nào như bị thâm tím, sứt sẹo, sưng, giập, đứt tay, bị điện giật, ngã, gẫy xương, đâm, xây xước, trơn trượt…
Bất kỳ sự ốm đau nào được cho là có nguyên nhân từ việc tiếp xúc với hoá chất, tiếng ồn nhiệt độ, bụi hoặc các yếu tố tương tự tại nơi làm việc.
Bất kỳ sự cố suýt gây tai nạn.
2. Nhân viên quản lý, giám sát và tập huấn viên phải khuyến khích nhân viên chủ động báo cáo bất kỳ loại ốm đau bệnh tật tai nạn nhưng không bị thương và có sự cố suýt gây tai nạn nào tới nơi làm việc.
3. Nếu một tai nạn dẫn tới thương tật, nhân viên cứu trợ phải thực hiện ngay hành động điều trị ban đầu. Nếu cần thiết phải cần tới điều trị y tế hoặc dịch vụ cấp cứu phải được người có trách nhiệm trong thời gian xảy ra tai nạn tiến hành liên hệ kịp thời.
4. Không được cố gắng di chuyển hoặc thực hiện các biện pháp sơ cứu đối với người bị thương nặng nếu như bạn không phải là nhân viên cứu trợ được đào tạo. Hành động của bạn có thể làm cho tình trạng trở nên xấu hơn.
5. Nhân viên quản lý/tập huấn phải tiến hành các bước phù hợp phòng tránh bất kỳ thương tật, ốm đau, hoặc thiệt hại xảy ra thêm.
