Thông báo địa chỉ chính xác của thành viên đến Công ty và/hoặc Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên, người đại diện theo pháp luật của Công ty. Khi Công ty và/hoặc Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên, người đại diện theo pháp luật của Công ty đã gửi thông báo, văn bản, giấy mời hoặc bất kỳ tài liệu nào khác đến đúng địa chỉ của thành viên nêu tại Điều lệ này, Sổ Đăng Ký Thành viên thì đương nhiên là được xem là gửi đúng địa chỉ của thành viên. Đồng thời, thành viên đã nhận được, đọc và hiểu rõ nội dung của thông báo, văn bản, giấy mời hoặc bất kỳ tài liệu nào khác.
