5.3. Bên Thuê có quyền yêu cầu Bên Cho Thuê thay thế xe nếu thấy xe không an toàn, không đảm bảo sạch sẽ, mỹ quan cho việc sử dụng đáp ứng yêu cầu của Bên Thuê. Xe thay thế phải tương đương và được Bảo hiểm đầy đủ như xe bị thay thế.
