Điều 1: Phân công và ủy quyền cho Ông Choi Hyeong Suk - Phó Tổng Giám Đốc như sau:
1. Được quyền quyết định và ký các văn bản quản lý phục vụ hoạt động Dự án nhà máy điện gió Bến Tre.
2. Được toàn quyền quyết định và ký kết các hợp đồng dịch vụ Dự án nhà máy điện gió Bến Tre.
3.Được toàn quyền quyết định ký kết các hợp đồng thuê nhận sự trong việc phục vụ cho việc phát triển Dự án nhà máy điện gió Bến Tre.
Điều 2: Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký cho đến khi Tổng Giám Đốc có quyết định thay thế hoặc ông Choi Hyeong Suk bị cách chức, chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động hoặc từ chức.
Điều 3: Ông Choi Hyeong Suk và các bộ phận liên quan của công ty Dự án nhà máy điện gió Bến Tre có trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết Định này.
