Nếu ngày nghỉ trên trùng vào ngày nghỉ hàng tuần, thì người lao động được nghỉ bù vào ngày tiếp theo.
NLĐ được nghỉ việc riêng mà vẫn hưởng nguyên lương trong các trường hợp sau:
- Kết hôn nghỉ 03 ngày.
- Con kết hôn nghỉ 01 ngày.
- Bố mẹ (cả bên vợ và bên chồng) chết, vợ hoặc chồng chết, con chết nghỉ 03 ngày.
NLĐ được nghỉ không hưởng lương 01 ngày và phải thông báo với người SDLĐ khi ông nội, bà nội, ông ngoại, bà ngoại, anh, chị, em ruột chết, bố hoặc mẹ kết hôn; anh, chị em ruột kết hôn.
NLĐ có thể thỏa thuận với người SDLĐ để nghỉ không hưởng lương.

The employee may agree with the SDLD to unpaid leave.
