I have several good friends but I suppose that my best friend is Ellen. We have been friends with each other since we were very young because she could live next door to me. We have always been in the same class at school although she has been much clever than me. I do not mind though, because she often helps me with my homework. Anyway, I have always been better at sport than she is. I always beat her at tennis and she does not like that. In fact, she hates lost at anything and gets very annoyed if she does. That’s the thing that I do not like with her. Otherwise, she has a great sense of humour and she is always making me laugh. We get on very well together, although occasionally we have had arguments usually about silly little things. Ellen and her family moved to another district last year but I still see her a lot. We are playing to go on a trip around Europe next summer. I am really looking forward to it because I think we will have a lot of fun and see exciting places. Of course, it is going to be hard to afford such a wonderful and exciting trip and so we are both going to get jobs and try to save up money for it.
