Mặc dù hệ thống thông tin trong Công ty đã được thiết lập để đảm bảo việc trao đổi thông tin được thực hiện xuyên suốt trong toàn Công ty, tuy nhiên số lượng máy tính trong mỗi bộ phận phòng ban còn thấp, các máy tính đều đã cũ. Công ty cũng chưa xây dựng một hệ thống mạng cục bộ. Điều này đã gây hạn chế cho việc cập nhật thông tin ở các bộ phận cũng như việc trao đổi thông tin nội bộ bị chậm trễ. Do đó làm giảm hiệu quả quản lý, gây ra ảnh hưởng trực tiếp, gián tiếp đến chất lượng các công trình.
