Bên B xác nhận đã nhận đầy đủ các hồ sơ nêu tại điều 1 và chịu trách nhiệm lưu trữ bảo quản tốt các hồ sơ này. Bên A hoàn toàn không chịu bất kỳ trách nhiệm nào về sự mất mát, hư hỏng của những hồ sơ đã được giao cho Party B kể từ ngày ký Biên bản này.
