Bên Bán có trách nhiệm thu hồi hàng

Bên Bán có trách nhiệm thu hồi hàng lỗi tại kho của Bên Mua trong vòng năm (05) ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo trên. Nếu không, Bên Bán sẽ chịu toàn bộ các phí, chi phí liên quan đến việc lưu kho của lô hàng lỗi.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The seller has the responsibility to recover the error rows in the warehouse of the buyer within five (5) days from the date of this announcement. If not, the seller will bear the entire cost, expenses related to the storage of the shipment error.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Seller is responsible withdrawal in warehouse of the Purchaser error within five (05) days of receiving the notice on. If not, the Seller shall bear all fees, costs related to the storage of shipment errors.
