Vừa qua, ngày 15/6/2016 trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành đã tổ chức cho cho lớp tôi 15BAFV01 Khoa Tài chính -Kế toán tham quan thực tế quy mô sản xuất xe lăn tay Kiến Tường ở Quận Thủ Đức. Chuyến đi đã giúp chúng tôi trang bị cho mình được nhiều kiến thức thực tế thú vị và phát huy được sự năng động, cũng như khả năng tìm tòi học hỏi, sự chủ động và nắm bắt tình hình thực tế ngay từ khi còn ngồi trên giảng đường đại học. Đồng hành cùng chúng tôi và là người dẫn dắt lớp đó chính là cô Duyên. Hôm đoàn xuất phát trời rất đẹp, cơn mưa rào buổi chiều xế xua tan không khí nóng bức suốt mấy tuần qua ở Sài Gòn. Cả lớp đã rất hào hứng và nôn nóng đến nơi đây để được tận mắt chứng kiến một dây chuyền sản xuất và đóng gói xe lăn tay hiện đại và chuyên nghiệp vào bậc nhất Việt Nam. Ai cũng ý thức được rằng, đây không chỉ đơn thuần là một chuyến đi kiến tập thông thường, mà còn là một buổi học tập thực tế đầy bổ ích và thiết thực. Người chủ Doanh Nghiệp này là bác Nguyễn Tiến Toàn và gia đình của bác ấy đã chào đón chúng tôi rất nồng nhiệt và thân thiện. Chúng tôi bị ấn tượng bởi những gì họ đạt được: cơ sở sản xuất tốt, sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và có tiêu chuẩn rõ ràng, hơn với những gì chúng tôi trông đợi. Những người nhân công làm việc chăm chỉ làm ra những chiếc xe lăn trong kỷ luật và được tổ chức tốt. Chúng tôi được người hướng dẫn giới thiệu về lịch sử hình thành của Doanh Nghiệp, chuẩn bị tham quan nhà máy và nghe những câu chuyện xúc động và ý nghĩa về việc phát minh ra xe lăn tay, các tác dụng bổ ích của chúng. Phần chờ đợi nhất trong chuyến đi chính là được tham quan trực tiếp công nghệ sản xuất khép kín và được xem hệ thống mở hiện đại của nhà máy. Song song vào đó, chúng tôi còn được giao tiếp với thầy Mark Hall người Australia, nâng cao trình độ giao tiếp với người nước ngoài. Kết thúc chuyến tham quan thực tế, bạn nào cũng hài lòng với những kết quả đạt được trong buổi ngoại khóa bổ ích này. Chương trình tham quan thực tế của Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành rất hữu ích và thiết thực, chuyến đi đã cung cấp nhiều điều bổ ích, giúp cũng cố những kiến thức đã học và bổ sung những kinh nghiệm thực tiễn thông qua việc tham quan thực tế. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi đã thấy được ứng dụng của công nghệ trong sản xuất, sự vận hành chuyên nghiệp của những người quản lý trên dây chuyền sản xuất hiện đại, phong cách làm việc hiện đại và được trải nghiệm những bài học làm việc thực tế tại nơi đây. Nhờ sự quan tâm và tạo điều kiện của Trường, cũng như sự giúp đỡ hướng dẫn của khoa mà chúng tôi đã có được một chuyến đi kiến tập thật sự bổ ích và thú vị. Nó đã để lại cho chúng tôi nhiều ấn tượng sâu sắc bởi đó là lần đầu tiên được tham quan thực tế một doanh nghiệp lớn, với quy trình sản xuất rất hiện đại. Bên cạnh đó, chúng em còn có dịp gặp gỡ những công nhân viên và người quản lý đang làm việc tại nhà máy để học hỏi những kinh nghiệm và tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp của họ.
