Nhận xét: Từ những dữ liệu thu thập thực tế từ các công trình, ta có thể thấy việc sử dụng giải pháp bóng đèn tiết kiệm điện cho hệ thống chiếu sáng tại các công trình còn khá hạn chế. Với công nghệ phát triển không ngừng, đưa ra thị trường các sản phẩm bóng đèn với tiêu chí tiết kiệm điện, đáp ứng mật độ chiếu sáng. Nhưng do các tòa nhà được thiết kế cách đây vài năm, chưa tiếp cận công nghệ bóng đèn T5/Led. Do chi phí đầu tư ban đầu của loại bóng đèn này còn khá cao so vơi công nghệ đèn cũ như compact, huỳnh quang nên đa số các tòa nhà chưa mạnh dạn đầu tư ngay từ đầu. Trong tổng số 50 công trình đã khảo sát chỉ có 12 công trình (chiếm 24%) là đã sử dụng bóng đèn T5/Led để phục vụ sinh hoạt và sản xuất. Còn lại các công trình vẫn sử dụng bóng huỳnh quang và compact (chiếm 76%).
