Cách khắc phục
- Tăng nhiệt độ chảy hoặc nhiệt độ khuôn cùng với tốc độ phun.
- Tăng thể tích phun (thể tích phun quá nhỏ, không có vùng đệm).
- Cài đặt phù hợp giữa áp suất phun và thể tích phun, tăng áp suất phun.
- Cải thiện hệ thống van thoát khí, giảm lực kẹp khuôn.
- Tăng kích thước hệ thống kênh dẫn (runner).
- Nếu nhiệt độ khuôn thấp thì tăng nhiệt độ khuôn
