Giải pháp quản lý tàu khai thác thủy sản xa bờ
Hệ thống thông tin chuyên ngành thủy sản
Là giải pháp do Công ty Hải Đăng tự nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm và triển khai gồm cả tự thiết kế và chế tạo một số thiết bị phụ trợ/ phối hợp và lập trình phần mềm điều khiển/ quản lý.
• Hệ thống hoạt động dựa trên truyền sóng vô tuyến trên băng tần MF/HF. Hệ thống có một hay nhiều Trạm Bờ và các Trạm tàu. Các tàu trong hệ thống cần trang bị các Máy thu phát vô tuyến băng tần MF/HF có kết nối với máy định vị GPS.
• Hệ thống dùng phương thức gọi chọn số- DSC (Digital Selective Calling) nên phù hợp với các chuẩn quốc tế và các thiết bị của nhiều nhà sản xuất khác nhau và đặc biệt là bảo đảm truyền tín hiệu (gồm cả tín hiệu báo vị trí của tàu) đi xa nhất và ổn định nhất
• Hệ thống đáp ứng được các yêu cầu chính:
o Biết được vị trí của tàu nhờ các tàu tự động báo về trạm bờ hay khi được yêu cầu từ trạm bờ.
o Tàu buộc phải nhận các bản tin quan trọng (báo bão, hướng dẫn tránh bão, nhận lệnh về nơi đậu trú an toàn…).
o Tàu có thể phát và nhận thông tin cứu nạn để được cứu nạn và tham gia cứu nạn phù hợp với quy định quốc tế GMDSS (Hệ thống Thông tin Cấp Cứu An Toàn Hàng Hải Toàn cầu).
o Liên lạc thông thường.
o Đáp ứng nhu cầu quản lý chuyên ngành:
+ Có phần mềm quản lý tàu, có hải đồ điện tử để hiện vị trí tàu trực quan.
+ Liên kết các trạm bờ với nhau và truyền dữ liệu của tàu (gồm cả thông tin vị trí) từ các trạm bờ về Trung tâm điều hành toàn quốc.
• Hệ thống đã được triển khai cho Sở Thủy Sản tỉnh Bình Định cho mục đích quản lý và hỗ trợ các tàu cá của tỉnh từ tháng 10/2008 và đến nay vẫn hoạt động ổn định và hiệu quả.
