Mọi thay đổi, bổ sung Hợp đồng này

Mọi thay đổi, bổ sung Hợp đồng này phải được lập thành Phụ lục có chữ ký của Đại diện có thẩm quyền của các bên. Các Phụ lục (nếu có) này được xem là một phần không thể tách rời của Hợp đồng này. Trong trường hợp có mâu thuẫn giữa nội dung Hợp đồng này và các Phụ lục, thì các Phụ lục sẽ có giá trị pháp lý cao hơn và được ưu tiên áp dụng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Any changes, additions to this contract must be made in addendum signed by the authorized representatives of the parties. Appendices (if any) is considered as an integral part of this contract. In the event of a conflict between this contract and the content of the Appendix, the Appendix will have higher legal value and precedence apply.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

All changes and supplements to this contract shall be made in Annex signed by the authorized representative of the parties. The Annex (if any) is considered an integral part of this contract. In case of a conflict between the contents hereof and the Annex, the annex will have higher legal value and prevail.
