Những đề xuất chống ùn tắc giao thông
Đường phố TP HCM và Hà Nội rất dễ bị ùn tắc bởi vô số nguyên nhân, trong đó có những cái rất dễ giải quyết.
Những nguyên nhân ùn tắc:
1. Tai nạn xe:
