In this article the Everett & Aitchison (2008) examined three issues: the issue of the role of food in promoting tourist resources increases in spending, huge role from the food's potential in expanding more tourist places in the season as well as the re-examination of the food tourism typologies in the framework to grow quickly , sustainable. Through the interview from 12 restaurants in 4 popular tourist venues in Cornwall, South West England, they had to somehow got hold of us see clearly the role of food in tourist development and perpetuating ethnic identity in circumstances of rural regeneration, to diversify the agricultural sector and establish closer relationships between production consumption in rural areas. This article is very helpful in getting out the correlation between the level of increase of food tourism and regional development, to help raise awareness about environmental issues and sustainable development of the society as well as the benefits of local food production, preserve its legacy systems , awareness and experience in life. The main limitation of this article is of limited scale in the study and exploration of causes of the difficulty in passing the given conclusion can hardly denied, so the authors recommended that will try to further research in the relationship between food travel development, firmly and the location identification. This article is very useful for the Recreation Center, travel and society because it provides the means to expand and improve the tourist spending without affecting the environment, social issues or the culture of the area
