1. Các đề nghị đặt hàng được ký xác

1. Các đề nghị đặt hàng được ký xác nhận giữa hai Bên được xem như là phụ lục của hợp đồng này, gắn liền và không tách rời với hợp đồng này.
2. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm túc các điều khoản đã thỏa thuận, không được đơn phương thay đổi hoặc hủy bỏ hợp đồng.
3. Hai bên cần chủ động thông báo cho nhau tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng. Nếu có vấn đề bất lợi gì phát sinh, các bên phải kịp thời thông báo cho nhau biết và tích cực bàn bạc giải quyết trên cơ sở thỏa thuận, bình đẳng, cùng có lợi. (Cần lập biên bản ghi toàn bộ nội dung sự việc và phương pháp giải quyết đã áp dụng).
4. Trường hợp các bên không tự giải quyết được thì mới đưa vụ tranh chấp ra Tòa án kinh tế Quận 1 Tp. HCM là cơ quan có đủ thẩm quyền giải quyết những tranh chấp trong hợp đồng này.
5. Chi phí cho những hoạt động kiểm tra, xác minh và lệ phí tòa án do bên có lỗi chịu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
