Bao nhiêu chai mới giao? Khi giao có tính tiền ship không? Lịch giao như thế nào?
Thời gian giao hàng 7am - 5pm. Nhà mình chỉ cần đặt trước một buổi là Familk giao ngay thôi hen. Familk chủ yếu là giao hàng tận tay khách hàng và không tính tiền ship bao giờ đâu ạ.

Tùy địa điểm muốn giao xa hay gần so với trụ sở Familk (22/9 Mai Văn Ngọc, phường 10, quận Phú Nhuận) mà sẽ có quy định số lượng tối thiểu, như sau:
- Từ 0 - 3 km: 5 chai
- Từ 3 - 5 km: 7 chai
- Từ 5 - 15 km: 10 chai. Những quận này khá xa nên Familk sắp xếp lịch giao cố định hàng tuần như sau ạ:
+ Quận 2 : Thứ 3 và Thứ 7 hàng tuần
+ Gò Vấp : Thứ 4 và Thứ 7 hàng tuần
+ Quận 4, 7, 8 : Thứ 2 và Tthứ 5 hàng tuần
+ Quận 6 : Thứ 6 hàng tuần
+ Tân Phú : Thứ 4 và CN hàng tuần
+ Bình Tân : CN hàng tuần
+ Thủ Đức : Thứ 6 hàng tuần
