Với những kinh nghiệm làm việc và các vị trí đã đảm nhận trong hơn 1o năm qua, tôi được đánh giá là một rong những người lãnh đạo cộng đồng giỏi ở việt nam. Tôi luôn cam kết và không ngừng cố gắng để trở thành một người lãnh đạo cộng đồng xuất sắc và có tầm ảnh hướng tới chính phủ trong việc vận động các chính sách về bảo trợ xã hội và quyền phụ nữ. Tham gia chương trình nàh cũng với những lãnh đạo cộng đồng giỏi từ những nền văn hóa khác sẽ tích lũy thêm kinh nghiệm và tạo ra một mạng lưới những nhà lãnh đạo cộng đồng xuất sắc để có thể giao lưu, hỗ trợ với nhau, ngay cả khi chúng tôi đã trở về đóng góp cho cộng đồng của mình.
