9.2 Hợp đồng được chấm dứt khi:
- Cả hai Bên hoàn thành tất tất cả nghĩa vụ; hoặc
- Cả hai Bên đều đồng ý bằng văn bản về việc sớm kết thúc Hợp đồng. Trong trường hợp này, cả hai bên sẽ thỏa thuận thời gian và điều kiện của việc chấm dứt Hợp đồng. Bên có ý định chấm dứt Hợp đồng phải gửi thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia ba mươi (30) ngày trước thời điểm chấm dứt được đề nghị.

9.2 the contract is terminated when:-Both parties complete all obligations; or-Both parties agree in writing on the contract ends soon. In this case, both parties will deal the time and conditions of termination of the contract. The party intends to terminate the contract must send notice in writing to the other party thirty (30) days prior to the time of termination is recommended.
