- Bên Cho Thuê và Bên Thuê thỏa thu

- Bên Cho Thuê và Bên Thuê thỏa thuận rằng sẽ không có Tiền Đặt Cọc tại Hợp Đồng này.
- Trong trường hợp Hợp đồng này bị chấm dứt sớm trước thời hạn Hợp đồng và/hoặc Hợp đồng này bị chấm dứt do bất kỳ lỗi, không thực hiện hoặc vi phạm nào của Bên Thuê đối với các nghĩa vụ của mình theo Hợp đồng này thì Bên Cho Thuê ngay lập tức sẽ trừ từ tiền cọc của Hợp đồng số: .../ 2015/ CTST-PEB ký ngày …../…../…… giữa Công ty Công ty Cổ phần CT Sóng Thần và Công ty TNHH Nhà Thép PEB dành cho diện tích thuê tại phòng 701 Tòa nhà C.T Plaza địa chỉ 60A Trường Sơn, Q. HCM với số tiền tương đương trị giá 03 (ba) tháng tiền thuê của Hợp đồng này và Bên Thuê có nghĩa vụ bổ sung số tiền tương đương cho Bên Cho Thuê để giữ đúng số tiền Đặt Cọc của Hợp đồng ký ngày …./……./……. Trong vòng 03 (ba) ngày làm việc.
