2. Hệ thống làm nguội song song (Parallel circuit)
Trong hệ thống này chất làm lạnh được cung cấp đồng thời đến những bộ làm nguội riêng biệt. Mỗi core, cavity được cung cấp chất làm lạnh tại cùng 1 nhiệt độ. Điều này có nghĩa là có sự phân chia nhiệt độ đồng đều giữa các tấm khuôn.
Đặc điểm:
