- Ngày 31/07/2016: công ty điện lực Thủ Thiêm xảy ra sự cố mất điện đột ngột mà không thông báo trước. Bộ phận Kỹ Thuật tiến hành kiểm tra và phát hiện máy phát số 04 (cấp nguồn cho tủ MSB-04 ) không khởi động. Kỹ Thuật tiến hành kiểm tra tủ MSB -04 main switch board, phát hiện nguồn điều khiển mạch ATS auto transfer switch của tủ không được cung cấp ( UPS uninterruptible power supply bị hỏng ) nên phải chuyển nguồn cung cấp từ máy phát bằng tay ( have to transfer to power supply from generator manually )
