Bên A và Bên B chịu trách nhiệm trư

Bên A và Bên B chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về những lời cam đoan sau đây :
-Việc giao kết hợp đồng này là hoàn toàn tự nguyện, không bị lừa dối hay ép buộc.
- Thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ tất cả các thỏa thuận ghi trong hợp đồng này.
- Các bên đã kiểm tra và xác nhận đối tượng của hợp đồng là có thật và không đề nghị Công chứng viên phải xác minh hoặc yêu cầu giám định.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Party A and party B is responsible before the law on the guarantee of the following: -The delivery of the contract is completely voluntary, not forced or deceived. -The correct and full implementation of all the agreements stated in this contract. -The parties to check and confirm the subject of the contract is real and not recommend a notary must verify or request the examiner.
