PPMU Bắc Kạn đã xem xét rà soát phương án bổ sung nắp đậy, tuy nhiên do là hạng mục phát sinh và kinh phí thực hiện công tác xây lắp của các gói thầu đã hết nên không thể triển khai được. PPMU Bắc Kạn đã có văn bản báo cáo ADB đề nghị hỗ trợ, bổ sung thêm vốn để hoàn thiện một số hạng mục phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện dự án.
