Mọi thông báo, yêu cầu hoặc thông tin chuyển từ một Bên cho Bên kia theo Hợp Đồng này sẽ được coi như nhận được bởi Bên kia và sẽ có hiệu lực kể từ ngày giao có xác nhận bằng văn bản trong trường hợp đưa tay/ hoặc vào ngày mà người gửi nhận được xác nhận là đã gửi thành công và tới đúng địa chỉ trong trường hợp gửi bằng fax/ hoặc vào ngày nhận trong trường hợp thư chuyển phát nhanh hoặc thư đảm bảo/ hoặc là ngay tức khắc nếu gửi bằng email.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
