Khi Hợp Đồng chấm dứt, các bên sẽ tiến hành các thủ tục cần thiết để đối trừ công nợ, tuy nhiên trong mọi trường hợp, Bên B vẫn phải chịu trách nhiệm duy nhất và cuối cùng đối với các vấn đề liên quan đến Dịch Vụ của Bên B trước Khách Hàng và/hoặc bên thứ ba có quyền và lợi ích liên quan đến Dịch Vụ của Bên B (nếu có). Việc thực hiện các quyền nêu trên của Bên A sẽ không ảnh hưởng tới các chế tài khác mà Bên A được áp dụng theo quy định của Hợp Đồng này đối với các hành vi vi phạm của Bên B.
